who helps him sometime was not there.  John said that Dolores would help him.  I had helped him before so I consented.  We went out in the front office where there was an empty table and we worked on the "C" file.  Herb called the name on the folder and I looked up the card.  If the person was a denial I saved the card.  If he was already attending I the card away, etc.  (P.S. I don't expect you to understand. I don't myself) 

Well in a little while he said 

"Let's stop in a few minutes".
(We were almost at the end of our section.

"And go and get a coke, I said".
(We or rather most of the kids get cokes in the afternoon).

"Say, that isn't a bad idea. We'll wait until

Dear Dor:

I called your mother tonight just for fun.  She said she got a letter from you today informing her that you had been asked to join a history conference or something of the sort.  You got a B didn't you?  I think that's wonderful.

I suppose your mother told you that she invited me to go with your folks to see the Greek play Lysistrata put on by the Mt. Vernon players.  I certainly wish you could be here next Friday night so you could go, but you will be home soon.

I'm so pleased with the fact that I've finished all my Christmas shopping.  I did about 75% of it one morning in Georgetown, in 2½ hours. Boy I didn't
