Exercise
Exercise makes children strong,
Bodies straight as they belong,
Run and walk, play and swing,
And you'll have vigor, pep, and sling.
After school and after play,
A rest will do you good, I say
Take "forty winks" and get up bright
Feel just fine until the night.
Know your lessons every day,
To be a dunce will never pay.
Study makes you bright and wise,

Transcription Notes:
Can anyone tell what that word is? I think the word is sling based on the way swing is written.
