(b) DQU has determined that all the buildings can be brought to state and local building standards.

(c) (1) The legal description of the land is:
Section 5, T. 8N., R. 1 E., M.D.B.&M., approximately 647.9 acres. 

(2) Maps showing the property and the location of buildings on it are attached.

(3) The property has its own water supply and sewage system both of which are presently operating. Gas and Electircity are supplied to the property by Pacific Gas and Electric Co. through already existing lines. The property has some telephone lines of its own. Two pay telephones are presently in operation. Other phone service can be installed upon a few days notice.

(4) (a) The estimated costs for moving are none and for immediate remodeling will be minor.
(b) No building will be moved on the property.

(e) There are no plans for any immediate construction on the site.
(f) Only minor remodeling will be done within the first eighteen months.

(h) There is no property owned by the applicant within the area to be served by the proposed program.

4. The only easements for operation would be those needed for utilities. The location of any such easements is not known at this time.
