SUNDAY
 Rainy + Cloudy. I went to Sunday school with Bobbie + Ann + Mary Ellen. (Her father took us) Dolores wasn't there. When we got home I showed Bobbie how to make the paper beads. After we went to the drug store on my bike + got some groceries + went for 5 purse-sized Jergens lotion bottles. I also got a 11¢ bottle of Cutex cover coat transparent fingernail polish for my beads + an icecream cone for Bobbie + me. I have stopped paying Dad back- owe him 48.55 now. I can get icecream any time now. In the afternoon Dolores + Bobbie came over + made beads with me Then mother told me to go to Clarendon on my bike to get mother some hair rinse. I got caught in the storm- I got stuff

I got my allowance - 15¢. I had $ 1.44 now 1.49
  
Fair & cold. I went to school. I wore 2 necklaces - [[?]] mother brought my gym suit (she bought:) I got an excuse from Gym.

I got a little cold -
They made me go to the Infirmary - made melie down. (!GRR - I didn't feel bad) I met Rita & got an icecream with her & walked to bus-stop with her. After bus Carolyn offered to ride me home ono her bike. It began to wabble downhill & we upset all over the street. I skinned my knee - worse than Carolyn's pains but walked home O.K. I did homework etc. & then leg swelled up & I can't lift it. - Ok - it hurts. Dolores came over in the evening.
