SUNDAY

Fair. I went to Sunday school with Bobby & walked home with her and Dolores. In the afternoon I rode my bike a little for the first time since my accident, talked with Joan and saw Dolores. She came over a while. We made more beads. I made new kinds of beads - out of heavy colored paper I had - necklace from purple & pink beads - much thicker - I didn't polish them - very [[strikethrough]] puet [[/strikethrough]] pretty - reaches waist almost, single. Good news - an American aggressive action in northern Africa!! Kept secret a long time. Second front to relieve Russia (stalling and is still not captured) Algiers is captured and a great deal of French North Africa!! We hope the Germans will come down to fight and relieve Russia! I got 2 cold cream jars of ours (both white with green tops. plain [drawing depicting jars] one larger, one small) and covered tops with
