Mrs Starr: Yes.

Minnie: And I looked at those pictures. And something that looked like [[strikethrough]] (unintelligible) [[strikethrough]] spoke within me, said, "Minnie, you've got this to do." And I said, to myself, "Have I got all of this to paint?" As I'm here to tell you, with these-- I haven't started, if I've got that to do. And so that was the dream. I'll tell you, that day that I had--let's see--when I--

Mrs Starr: And was that the first time you ever did any painting after that?

Minnie: Oh, no, I had did lots of painting before then.

Mrs Starr: About what year was that?

Minnie: Well, now this was--all of this now was in '44.

Mrs Starr: I mean that one time when you went to sleep on your bed in the daytime. That time you went to sleep--

Minnie: (Coughs)

Mrs Starr: --on your bed in the daytime.

Minnie: And then-- (coughs)

Mrs Starr: What--

Minnie: (Coughs) That's when I woke up that day.

Mrs Starr: And your husband came home.

Minnie: Yes. I--

Mrs Starr: Well, what year was that about?

Minnie: --had gotten up and started to paint that picture there. That big picture.

Mrs Starr: Oh, I--

Minnie: You see, I did that--that's the same day--I did that, all of that, in about a hour and a half.
