MRS STARR: How long did he live with you?  How long was he married--your second step-father?

MINNIE:  Him and-- I got-- They married in September. Twenty-fifth of September.  And I got married in December.

MRS STARR: What was his name?

MINNIE: His name was [[strikethrough]] Jones [[/strikethrough]] James Kelly.

MRS STARR: Oh, I see.  So you just lived with them about half a year after they were married?

MINNIE:  What's that?

MRS STARR: You were just--

MINNIE: That's right.

MRS STARR: He was living in the house--

MINNIE:  Oh, yes, I was living in the house with them when I got married.  And he got married in--They got married in September and I got married in December.

MRS STARR:  I see.

MINNIE:  So--

MRS STARR:  So he didn't have much influence on you?

MINNIE:  Oh, no, he didn't have much influence on me then. He was a fine man, just as sweet as he could be. Always jolly.  Always merry.

MRS STARR:  Uh-huh.

MINNIE:  It was very lovely.

MRS STARR:  Yes.

MINNIE:  And we all loved him very much.
