MINNIE: Sure. So they told, you know--I--

MRS STARR: When did your grandfather die?

MINNIE: Oh, my grandfather Frank? Let me see. Well, I was very small when Papa died. I think Papa died--must have been in--right after Grandmother left--must have been in about 18 and 99 or 1900, something like that when Papa died.

MRS STARR: So--

MINNIE: I'm sure.

MRS STARR: You were living in a house with no men for a long time?

MINNIE: Oh, yes, I was living in a house with no menfolks whatever at the time. Just my mother and grandmother.

MRS STARR: And you.

MINNIE: Yes.

MRS STARR: That's all?

MINNIE: That's all.

MRS STARR: No uncles?

MINNIE: Oh, no, not no uncles to live with you know.

MRS STARR: No.

MINNIE: We were in the house to ourselves.

MRS STARR: So you lived a long time together--

MINNIE: That's it.

MRS STARR: --before your mother married Mr. Kelly?

MINNIE: That's right. My mother and grandmother were--lived to--all lived together.

MRS STARR: Where did you meet your husband?
