M.E. I don't know. I can't tell you anything about them because I just did it. It just come to me to do that. You know what's so funny if I'm painting and I would look at something like this and say I think I'll put green here and then I'd reach down and take up blue. I can't ask myself any questions about these whatever. Not any at all. I can't ask any questions. So I will have to just do a what it comes to me to do.

N.H.S. Do you remember when you made this one.

M.E. No, I don't have any remembrance whatever. I will have to start getting me a memorandum book and put down the dates you you know and the years and things. I just forget.

N.H.S. You can put it on each picture as you do it. You can date them the way you do sometimes.

M.E. That's what I should do to. That's what I should do. I should have did that. Just soon as I paint one it was '64 '65. Something just put down that.

M.E. Fly down from New York. This was Mrs. Cherry and the lady who [[right margin]] Links luncheon [[right margin]] is very much enthused and they were happy having you to come down from New York. Fly down just to be with them and our luncheon and I was very glad myself. You made it very happy for us and Mrs. Cherry she's very happy because she has to work so hard to get these things to going. They have it once a year but my first time of ever being. I dreamt of a luncheon but I've never been to one. It put something in my life you know. Oh, and I hope I live long enough to be in a lot of more luncheons (laughter) and have you with me.
