crazy. He went to my Pastor Rev. S. T. Durham, and was almost crying.
He says that there's nothing the matter with your wife. Just leaver her off. But she's acting funny I'm afraid she's going to the 'syl[[strikethrough]]s[[strikethrough]] um. (laughter)

NHS: Going to where?

ME: My pastor then, Rev. S. T. Durham, told him not to worry with me because

NHS: He said you were going to the what?

ME: My husband thought I was going to the 'syl[[strikethrough]]s[[strikethrough]] um. Crazy.

NHS: To the 'syl[[strikethrough]]s[[strikethrough]] um. I never heard that word

ME:He thought so

NHS: The 'syl[[strikethrough]]s[[strikethrough]] um

ME: He thought I was acting funny (laughter) and I didn't want to go any where I just wanted to stay home and draw and paint. He [they] couldn't see what I [see] painted. Then I was having dreams of pictures about the whole entire element was joined together with paintings just as far as I could see. The north, the south, from east to west. And then I had another dream with them. They were all in my yard, standing all up against the trees and leaning all against my limbs were pictures and after I would have these dreams the next day I would be so tired and so I was just worried.
NHS: Tell me about Mr. Corbett who{ comes [to your]
ME: Some of the [pictures] people he sees he tell me what they represent. Like this he says Minnie this blue [he says] you see life as truth. The red [he says] represent love in all the pictures. He could tell me about that red and what it all, of so much of things of what it represent.

NHS: Tell me who you are talking about. Just a minute and tell me how he comes to the gate and talks to you and when he comes to the gate and what he does. Tell me about him and what his name is.

ME: It's Mr. Wilbert Corbett. He's very interested in my paintings cause he sees so much in them and I have let him have, because he'was my boss, two pictures. He says they mean so much to me. He says he sits down to himself and he look at them and he says what he think of them. He says they mean a lot in his life and I don't know and just what his life is but he says he just sees them and he just thinks that they are beautiful and he love them and then I talk to him a lot we do. We talk about the Bible and different things and he see a lot he say of the bible he say[s] in my pictures.
He say God didn't give you this for nothing. He says he give you this because he thought you were worthy of having this talent. He says it's a wonderful talent and I enjoy him coming and talking with me and he is the only one of them that will come. Some of the young ones will come and bring their friends to look at the pictures [over] but not to
