The follow accessions were received during the month:-
695. Fragments of Adalia bipunctata, from Geo. B. Woodward, Boston, Mass., for identification.
22967. Scorpion (Centrurus viteatus), alive, found in a fruit-basket, from Henry Harkness, U.S.Nat.Mus.
23007. 2 specimens of Centipede (Scolopendra heros), collected in Indian Territry, from A.M.Hoover, 932 Pa. Ave., N.W., Washington D.C.
714. Cocoon of Cecropia moth for identification, from Jno. S. Webb Disputante, Va.
676. This is the largest accession, from Loomis, Japan, containing 140 specimens of Lepidoptera, 30 of Orthoptera, 35 of Neuroptera, 23 of Hymenoptera, 5 of Heniptera and 7 of Diptera.
