Respy forwarded- with the information that this & all other letters written by Miss Sears & directed to me, have been promptly answered, several letters more rec'd from her directed to Capt. Beebe during his absence in June, but as they were more of a personal than of a Public character, I sent them to Capt. Beebe, then in Ohio, her Pay a/c was forwarded the same day her letter was received at this Office. I don't think we need the paid services of Miss Sears- and unless otherwise directed, I shall send people to East Bloomfield only on request of Employees - as in other cases & locations.
