Resp'y forwarded - the enclosed recommendation is earnestly Approved - Arrangements have been made by the Local Supt. D.C. by which all Male garments are now cut by a regular cutter & a great saving is thereby made in materials - the same results would be attained by having a cutter employed on Female garments. A suitable room can be provided at Wisewell Barracks for this purpose.
