Disbrow Supt. of B'k's) who is hereby directed to carry out the enclosed order of the Asst. Comr D.C. A strict compliance to the provisions of which is enjoined - Mr. Beckley will also inform the People that they will be provided with good Rooms at Campbell Barracks and will be moved by the Bureau Teams - You will exercise the greatest care in the premises to avoid complaints & distress.
