     The drain mentioned in the enclosed communication does not carry the "impurities from" "Campbell Hospital under Mrs. Walkers School" "building" but from it through the Hospital [[?]] The drain needs cleaning, and I have the honor to request permission to employ two laborers to do the work at the rate of one (1) dollar per_day.
