The shed mentioned in the enclosed communication was intended for a wood shed,- but if (as Miss Walker States)it is to be used for a laundry it should be shingled- the Ground is in the same condition as when Miss Walker purchased it. would be much improved if the grade was raised- as would all the adjoining lots, the owners of which would I have no doubt be as glad as Miss Walker to have the Bureau make the improvement- and can claim it with about the same
degree of propriety. The weather Boards at the door are needed.
The Privy is not a very pleasant neighbor for Miss W. but is necessary for the accommodation of our Tenants at Campbell BK's- can with care be kept in a better condition - if removed will be attended with some considerable expense. Miss Walker when she purchased her lot knew she would be subject to these adjacent, and she should have selected a site more to her taste & not subject to such annoyances.
