The man referred to has been employed in the usual routine of "man of all work" about the Home premises. As we are obliged to have a man to attend to the raising of vegetables and other out door work, it is not thought necessary to employ the bearer any longer.

Resp'y forwarded to Stuart Eldrige Bvt Maj. and A.A.A. Genl D.C. for instructions.

There should be some action taken in the premises, as I am satisfied from the appearance of the colored man Williams, that he cannot be wholly to blame in this matter.
