Will you please give me the facts in relation to this womans case Mrs Ellen Turner (cold) by which she was trown out of the house she was living in. & by which her property is now detained from her. I make this request to know the facts in the case, as the woman complains that action was taken against her in your court without her knowledge. By giving the desired information you will oblige me.

Edward Brown & Vincent Carter claim to have been employed by you to cut wood. Brown states that you furnished him 3 lbs Bacon, 5 lbs meal, 1 lb sugar & 5 cts worth of salt & that you owe him $7.50 less the above rations. Carter states that you furnished him two plugs of tobacco, 2 lbs meal, 2 bbs flour & $1.00 & that you owe him $17.50 less the above articles. Will you please give these men a settlement & pay them what is coming to them By so doing you will oblige me and save yourself further trouble

John Harroll (cold) states that he was employed by you in May to wait upon table &c at $5.00 per week that he worked from Mar 20th to July 15, 1865 for which he only received $15. In case his statement is correct will you oblige me by granting him a settlement & paying him the amt due him
