Co Md Mr Cissel Dear Sir Having waited as I think sufficiently long to hear from you in regard to the matter between Simon Taylor and yourself which if you remember you promised to investigate so far as to ascertain what charges had been made by the Conductor I now have the honor to request of you an answer relative to that matter, that it may be disposed of Taylor has been here often. It will be necessary for you to enter into a written agreement should you employ them You will have to arrange with them relative to the transportation.
