makes the within statement - went yester-
day to Baltimore to ascertain the truth
of the Matter and was unable to obtain
the release of his son. I respectfully
suggest that the officer of the Bureau
on duty in Baltimore, should be instuc-
ted to investigate the case and procure
the release of Dennis Harrison.

I think it is "Endt" for "endorsement" rather than "Encl" for "enclosure." What do others think? "Respy" and "Resp'y for "Respectfully" instead of "Reply" changed "S W" to "S N" Clark
