Respy returned to Lt. Col. Beebe Lead Supt. D. C.  though Surg R Ruyburn such cases must be investigated and when referred of the visiting Agent is unreliable or insufficient. You will recommend his or her removal and nominate some one to take the place.
Meanwhile send some person from your office if the case is a pressing one.  
There is no limits to your supply and you are not confined to orders from visiting Agents.
