Mr. Burhhardt named within within is really a Refugee. his wife's friends in Va disowning her & making it uncomfortable for him to reside in their midel. 

If at all practicable. I wish he could be furnished with transportation as Mrs Clark assures me that he can do well there, and as he is out of employment here, and very poor. 
He wishes to go to Clarks Mills Oneida Co, N.Y.
