Ass't Com D.C. Washington, Apr 30th 1867. Respy returned to Lt. Col. W.M. Beebe Jr. Local Supt. Beebe will arrange such facilities as he can without great expense for caring temporarily for such vagrants as are mentioned within at Wisewell Barracks with a view to them being sent to Homes in the North.
