Resp'y returned to
Lt Wm. W. Rogers. A.A.A. Genl. whose attention is invited to the accompanying sworn Statement of Celia Jones. The Theophiles Dent. who resides new Centerville in Charles Co. is the man who is alleged to have committed the outrages, and there is no doubt in my mind that he is guilty of all with which he is charged by the complaint.
I respectfully request that this matter may be fully investigated - and that Mr. Dent. if found guilty may be punished to the full extent of the law.
