Writes in be half of James Anderson, (colored) asking that the Commissioner of the Bureau of R f &c endeavor to have released her minor son Cornelius Anderson, (colored) now in (Washington) penitentiary under sentence of two years imprisonment for killing a man in a row.  
If said boy is pardoned requests that he be sent to him at Hewletts Station Va.
