Wishes to engage through this Bureau, a colored man and wife without children.  The woman to do housework and cook and the man to milk a cow and attend to the Garden.

States that he has investigated the case of Lavina Coleman. 
Miss Walker states that she worked 21. days & that she gave her about (3) three lbs of meat & some flour for her services he also states that there are others who complain of receiving a little or no pay for their work.

Forwards report in relation to sixteen persons whose names have been reported by Rev John Kimball. Supt of Marrige. as living together illegally. 
He states that six of them are not living in his Camp. & that four of them are not known there.
Arrangements have been made for the lawful marriage of the remaining 5 couple. Requests that Officers who visit his Camp for that purpose, would first see him. as he prefers to attend to those duties himself
