States that Maj Townsend at Kendall Green has rented a Govt stable to a woman which is fitted up for the colored people from Janr'y 1st to April 1" 1867 @ 2.00 per month. She owes him for one or two months & he in April seized her goods (store &c) and keeps them. 
She appealed to us & Mr A.K. Browne  wrote about May 1st demanding the goods. Maj Townsend refused to deliver them. Refers to the Bureau and suggests a number of questions which occur to him.
