|Sept 5th 1867 O.L.S.D.C|Stewart H.G. Agent [[+d?]] E.B. 2 Vol 83 1867 No. 1102| Providence R.I. Aug 26th 1867. Reports in the case of Daniel Lewis Willes. States that Daniel was while in Mr. Smith employ, very irregular at work. Absenting himself for days and weeks at a time. And when at work not of much use, that he was not really work his board and clothes.
Daniel went away on his own accord & was not sent away by Mr Smith as he stated. 
Encloses account of Mr. Smith showing the amount paid to the man and which is in his opinion all he is justly entitled to.|

|Sept 3rd 1867 O.L.S.D.C.|Holman E.A. Supt. Filed No. 1103| Washington D.C. Sept 3rd 1867 States that he will pay the employed Wisewell. Kendall Green and East Capt Barracks on the 4th inst.|
