States that Ellen Henson Col. applied for Relief on the 20" inst bringing with her three children.
That she & her eldest child (George) were employed by her former Mistress & her Husband (James Morsell) that she (Ellen) was to receive five dollars & the Boy four dollars per month. That her other two children were without the consent of their Father or Mother  Apprenticed to Mr. James Morsell by the orphans court.
She regrets protection from the Bureau in the employment of her Civil Rights and first compensation for her labor as per contract &c.
