States that the roof of a small building in rear of Sanitary Buildings (that neither herself or the Carpenter noticed) needs repairs to the Amount of five dollars. Also that one door is wanting & the floor also needs repairs.
Requests that one hundred feet of second hand Lumber be furnished for that purpose, & that the roofer be allowed to make the weekday repairs on roof.

MAR 9" - AT TOP OF SECOND PAGE - Under Mrs. Quigley's name, it says "LBQ' VOL".... There is an arrow pointing to after the "89", before the "68", so that is why I inserted it there. It takes the place of "18" in the year 1868. They didn't put the whole year this entry.
