Miss. who sent his deputy Mr. Morrison to see Mr. Elchinger; that finally when he did obtain his daughter, he was kept waiting 19 days (at an expense of $2.00 per day) for his daughters wardrobe (valued at $500. Asks the assistanace of the Bureau in recovering the clothes or things equivalent in money & the am't of his expenses while waiting for them - in all $538 00/100. |
