Dr Sir  Yours of the 4th at hand  If I understand your circular in securing this woman is a contract

In reply I will say which I am willing to stand to as a contract  A collard women understanding house work generally Free from dissease willing to recieve Instructions chaste in her conduct and conversation moral and Religious  Term of Service from one to five years for the first year $.60 Sixty dollars & the remainder of the time as we can agree or rather the regular Price for sutch labor $1 00 per week is the present price here  Age of women to be between 20 and 30 years  If this be satisfactory forward amediately with timely notice  I will meet her at the Rail Road Station

Forward to Cameron Station B. & O. R.R  either forward her to the above named Stations with Instructions to Report at Ryersons Station, Penn  I will meet her if timely notice is given

If any other requirements necessary please inform me of the fact with Instructions
