I have the honor to acknowledge the recpt of your letter of the 6th inst relating to wages of man. 

The price stated 12 to 25 is the prices payed here now in Summer, for the very poorest to the very best of laborers & they are boarded but house rent is extra unless special bargin including it. house rent is usually 50 cents per week  prices of labour in winter are not so high as in summer.
