Colonel:
I am directed by the Asst. Commissioner to refer to you the accompanying clothing roll, as a list of clothing required by the orphans at M De Muriel's National Farm School, near Eastern Branch Park, and to say that upon the application of the orphans therefor you will issue to them in accordance with the same. 

M De Muriel will be notified to send the children to your office that their signatures may be obtained at the time of issue.
