Freedmens Village Apr. 22nd 1867 Gen'l C.H. Howard Assistant Commissioner Sir I have the honor to request that transportation be given to Agnes Roy (Freedwoman.) and infant child to Boston. And that she may go with the Scott Children for whom transportation has been obtained. I think Miss Lowell would be much pleased with her. Very Respectfully, Lydia J. Stull Matron of "Home" P.S.
