The Assistant Commissioner directs me to inform you, that Henrietta Jackson (freedwoman) who was sent by Mr. Griffing to Albany. New York, last March, has left her place in Albany and returned to this City. You are therefore requested not to furnish her with any more transportation or Government aid whatever.
