The Peru Coal Company, owning their own cars, and their customers RECEIVING THE BENEFIT thereof, they will promote their own as well as the company's interests, by promptly returning cars to the mine, and advise Mr. Partridge by letter, of the day and hour when delivered or reported to railroad agent. 

In case cars are held more than 24 hours, three dollars a day will be charged.

Customers are requested to report any delay of cars of the coal company and the cause, if known. 

The bills sent from the mine, will in all cases contain the true weight of coal, and no other weight will be used in settlement.

Parties using Peru Coal for making steam, should FIRE LIGHTER using less draught, and they will save in fuel and labor.
