Reports, that there are in the locality known as "Fredericksburg" in this City, four houses, occupied by poor colored women, who are physically unable to whitewash their houses, nor have they [[?]] means of employing others to do it. There is also a School house or [[?]] Meeting house which no one attends to. Suggests that two or three laborers be sent by the Freedmen's Bureau to whitewash the buildings mentioned.
