Another thing — there is little or no colored help in that vicinity which might have a tendency to render them dissatisfied —

If under these circumstances you think good Men could be secured — I will make application for number wanted — or come on myself — If we start in with this kind of help — we design — to employ our entire force of them — in a months time we can make a good Miner — if he is anyway an active —
