States that Tamer (not Rosa) Miller left her home in June 1862, leaving two children, one died in a few months after she left, and the other Hannah is still living with him and has been treated as though she were his own offspring. That if were to have the services of this child until she was of lawful age (and educate her) it would be no more than a fair compensation for his expense and trouble That the Mother us not capable of taking care of the child Rec.
