Submits statement of Rosa Miller, colored, who states that in 1862 she left her Master, Geo. Marshal, residing near Bowling Green, Caroline Co. Va. and was obliged to leave her child Hannah Miller, (then 2 yrs of age) 

Since the close of the war she made repeated efforts to recover possession of her child, but Mr. Marshall refuses to give her up; she submits the enclosed communication from A. O'Bryon of this City in corroboration.

Requests the aid of the Bureau for the recovery of her Child.
