I have the honor to inform you, that, on and after date, Bvt Lt. Col. A. P. Blunt. A. Q. M U.S.A. will have charge of the internments of the remains of Freedman & Government Employees, who die in this district and I request that all orders relative to the said dead, be directed to him at Lincoln Depot, D.C
