The Asst Commissioner desires me to state for your information that on consideration he has concluded to rent the ground floor of tenements on Delaware Avenue to two families. This will obviate the necessity of cutting a door. 

You will charge $2.00 each for the two back rooms and $3.00 for the front room, that is, $7.00 for the ground floor, which was the established price  The second and third floors will be rented each to one family, the price being 2d floor $6.00 the 3d $8.00.
