Sir: I am in want of labor hands. Having been disappointed in a number I have engaged. Will you do me the favor, to send me two of your most reliable, intelligent & respectable Freedmen. Those that will be willing to be taught. I want them for Agricultural & Lime Burning purposes. I have a Farm of more than a Hundred Acres, together with a Lime Kiln & can do well by them. I know their wants & their feelings to some extent. Having been in their midst
