A Board of Appraisement to consist of Bt. Major J.V.W. Vandenburgh Local Supt. D.C.; C.W. Perkings, Agent for the eviction of Tenement Houses; 
D.V. Glennan, in charge of Freedmens (Campbell) Hospital,D.C., hereby appointed to meet at Campbell Barracks on Thursday, April 16th, 1868 at 11 o' clock A.M, or as soon thereafter as practicable for the purpose of adjusting the price of two buildings (one stable and one barrack), situated on land belonging to M. Cale, purchased in 1867 from the Trustees of Howard University, with a view of selling the said buildings to M. Cole in accordance with approval of the Commissioners Bureau, R.F., and A.L.
