I. A. P. Clark having been appointed by the Commissioner, an Agent Bureau, R. F. and A. L. for the District of Columbia, at a compensation of One hundred (100) dollars per month, to date from April 20th, 1868 is hereby assigned to duty at the Employment Office in charge of Mrs. J. S. Griffing, and will report without unnecessary delay.
