Mrs. Ricks would respectfully state that Sarah Swift was offered wood, but, failed to take it, and Mrs. Ricks, also, thinks she was offered a soup ticket but she wished groceries [[??]] which, neither, Mrs. Ricks, or her agents, had to give. If Mrs. Swift will call she can have a wood ticket, also, a soup ticket. Mrs. Ricks does thinks that those persons occupying Mrs. Swift's tenaments should be made to pay the rents.
