Engine Start
1. signal for air (check to see that air is filling the hose)

2. push right engine start button punch clock (to count 30 sec)
static inverter supplies AC power to start, and right engine instrument (esp. fuel flow & EGT)

3. at ~14% RPM, move throttle past idle

4. monitor:
