Dear Sid:

We have had a rainy night - good soaking rain, after a showery by spells day. Hope it was the same with you. If it clears up, I'm going to try to find some Huckleberries & Doris is going swimming in Brockton with Mabel She wants to learn to dive. There are life guards there, so I don't worry. We tried to find a dancing school, but they are all closed for the summer. Have you not heard yet from your leave slip? Glad Allard is giving some tomatoes to you. We haven't had any up here. Corn is ripening, though. D. is going down after a haddock for us and the cat.

Doris.
