Darling called me up late last evening to say he had rented it to Teddy Daly, that the Sheehans would move out sometime in August & Teddy move in at once and had already paid the month's rent ahead. He doesn't want much done, only a few small things that Darling said he would discuss with you later. He said he would do a lot about the place himself. You know he is a mechanic by trade and handy. He didn't know I was connected with the place and was so pleased to find out as I was, so Darling said. I think if we can keep him he will be a good hand.
